Glass Market Hall and Three Green Towers

Winning Vision:
Our visualizations brought to life Zagreb’s ambitious urban regeneration: a competition-winning proposal transforming Croatia’s second-largest and most densely populated district.

The challenge: visualize a multi-phase transformation replacing outdated infrastructure with public space, pedestrian zones, underground parking, climate-controlled glass market hall, urban gardens, and three residential towers. The concept prioritizes public interest over private development, returning urban space to residents.

Architect Frana Milaković’s vision required imagery that communicates both day-to-night transformation and year-round functionality; from morning market activity to evening public gathering space surrounded by hanging gardens and community amenities.
