The Development

Marina Resort Cavtat is one of the most ambitious residential resort developments currently underway on the Croatian coast.

Set directly on the Dubrovnik Riviera, the project brings together seaside villas, waterfront apartments and a penthouse collection around a private marina and yacht club. A development of this scale and positioning demanded visualization that could carry the weight of what it is promising to future buyers.

The challenge

The brief was extensive. Across a significant volume of interior renders, the task was to communicate high-end living without overstating it. Fine material choices, considered spatial arrangements, and the ever-present relationship between interior and sea view had to read simultaneously and naturally. Nothing could be generic. Every frame needed to feel specific to this place, this light, this stretch of the Adriatic.

The Visual Direction

The proximity to the water was central to the visual direction throughout. Whether visible through full-height glazing or felt in the quality of light falling across a surface, the sea had to be present in every interior without becoming a cliché. The development is aimed at a buyer who has seen everything. The images had to meet that standard.
